Your letter content is never stored after generation. When you use our AI letter generator, your input is sent to the AI model, the letter is generated, and it is returned directly to you. Once you copy or download your letter, it is immediately deleted from server memory.

All payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never see, store, or have access to your credit card number, CVV, or billing details. The only payment information we retain is a record of your token purchases (amount, date, and Stripe transaction ID) for your transaction history.
